If the item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered: We'll sort it - no problem
Refund Policy
If we agree to a refund, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 working days of receiving the returned item or confirming the issue. Your bank may take a little longer to show it in your account.
The same terms apply to sale items - faulty or incorrect items can be returned or exchanged. Change-of-mind returns are still not available for custom-made sale items
