All items are made to order. We aim to dispatch your order within 3-5 working days after payment is confirmed. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way

What happens if my order is late or goes missing?

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us right away. We'll work with you and our delivery partner to track it down, and arrange a replacement or refund if its confirmed lost in transit.
